Most importantly you should be enjoying exercise. The thought of doing something you hate most days of the week for the rest of your life would be the ultimate deterrent.

Also think of how you will keep this off. Have fun with your exercise and never allow yourself to feel deprived. Try new foods and new ways of cooking so you love your healthy eating plan. Loving yourself and loving every part of the process keeps you motivated to get to the finish line.
