Things you can prove, I know this is a good thing, but on the other hand, sometimes just learning more about who we are is extremely helpful. Today's Challenge is to find a guiding word that represents my first week in the blogging challenge. My guiding word for the week is reflection. I've had to reflect on my goals, my past, and my self to write these posts. I've had to really reflect on my thoughts. It's been an interesting exercise so far. I invite you all to join me in this by taking the daily challenge yourself. You don't have to be a blogger, just expressing yourself in a journal can be great, or even simply reflecting on the topic.
