I usually refer to this as self-love and I suspect that is what Shakespeare meant too. The first thing to being true to yourself is really getting to know yourself. It always makes me sad when I ask people, "What do you love to do?" and they reply with, "I don't know I never have time."
Get to know your S.E.L.F
Here is what I came up with
S- Smart. I love to learn. I love this blog as it gives me a focus to learn new things and research new topics. I love to read.
E- Enthusiastic. I love what I do. I love my job, my coaching business, I love my kids and I do whatever I do with enthusiasm.
L- Loving. I am blessed with a kind heart and blessed to be surrounded by some of the most wonderful people. I'm blessed with a career I love.
F- Friendly. I genuinely love people. I enjoy doing everything with a friend. Even solitary activities like reading I enjoy more sitting next to someone. I'm outgoing and I love to meet new people.
