My Confession: I hate water
Honestly the thought of switching to hot tea just hadn't occurred to me before.
Having her catalog with me as I showed it to friends, and keeping my goals in the forefront of my brain, reading my affirmations daily, and keeping my eye on the prize, it just clicked. I should start drinking more tea. Oddly enough I love fruit tea hot but hate it iced. While I like cream & sugar in coffee, I actually prefer my tea without. I ended up with a much larger order than I had expected to place, but I'm not sorry. In the few days since my order arrived. I've enjoyed a variety of teas. I've drank enough to stay hydrated with no sugar or artificial sweeteners. I'm feeling great about this and every win always boosts your motivation, so its' been a great week.
Tea may or may not be the answer for you, but do keep your own goals in mind, you don't have to understand completely how you'll reach them. I may never learn to like plain water, but I am now hydrated, happy, and staying on track. I feel as though I have won, because I am enjoying my tea, with no sweeteners at all, and breaking the need for sweets, which is something that had continued to be a challenge for me.
Never forget your goals, and during this busy holiday season, don't forget to read your affirmations daily and look at your vision board. These important tools are what helps your brain decide what information is useful and what you can ignore.
