No it's not about eating bacon, so sorry to disappoint you. In fact the Bacon Weight loss plan isn't really about specific foods at all, it's about YOU and what you can do to arm yourself to stick with any healthy food plan you and your health care provider choose. Why the name? First of all I invented it so I named it after myself. Secondly If we want to lose weight we have to be lighter, which means we all have to lighten up. Strict rules, food drama and deprivation are not the way to weigh what you want.
